Will my personal/business information be private?

Only our partners (i.e., PayPal, Google Checkout, UPS and FedEx) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction. We do not sell information to other vendors.

  If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will make every effort to contact you within 24 hours. Please provide your e-mail address or phone number when ordering. We will hold your order until you inform us to either continue with the shipment of items in stock or wait until all items can be shipped.

When is the sales department open for calls?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Mountain Standard Time.

And Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm Mountain Standard Time. Sunday's Closed.

What methods do you have for shipping?

How long will it take to process and ship the order?

Usually 2 to 7 days, depending on where your located. Shipping also depends on payments (checks and money orders) received and processed, 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Sorry, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

I am having difficulty adding my selections to the PayPal "Shopping Cart". What can I do?

If the add to cart button does not work, the PayPal Shopping Cart system may be incompatible with your Operating System. If you are having difficulty adding your selections to the shopping cart, Please go to printable Mail Order Form, fill out your information, then mail with check or money order to us. Once we receive and process order form and check your order will ship.

 Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?

Yes, just go to our printable Mail Order Form, print it out with your information and mail it to us with your check or money order. Once we receive payment and process it. Your order will be shiped.

Are there any restrictions governing the use and sale of personal defense sprays?

Though legal in all 50 States, a number of cities and states have specific regulations pertaining to the purchase, possession and use of Defense Sprays. The following states each have varying restrictions: CA, HI, MA, MI, NJ, NY & WI. familiarize yourselves with their local laws. If you have a question, call your local Police Department. Defense Sprays are meant for defensive purposes only and can only be sold to or used by persons 18 years of age or older.
